Cannon Bar in Faliraki, Rhodes Greece
Established in 1979, Cannon Studios & Rooms, named after a medieval
cannon discovered by George in the Bay of Faliraki, is a family-run
establishment, offering accommodation of the highest standard. Faliraki
beach is only a few hundred meters from our location.
Here you will meet many of the Cannon “regulars” - a friendly gathering of
families, couples and singles from all corners of the globe - who visit year
after year because they know they'll enjoy their stay in this beautiful part
of the Mediterranean.
Close to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, clubs,
super markets, tourist shops, the famous Water Park and the Luna Park.
There is a bus stop only a couple of hundred meters away
from the Cannon Bar, so traveling to all destinations of the island such as
Rhodes Town, Lindos etc can be very easy.
Inside the bar, you'll find hundreds of highly entertaining pictures, cards,
press-cuttings and gifts given to George & Kathy over the years by grateful
guests and friends of Cannon Studios & Rooms. In addition, there are
hundreds of artifacts & shells which George has scavenged from the seabed
off the coast of Rhodes decorating the bar area.
Every week George dives off the beach at Faliraki for octopus. Every
Saturday night George, Kathy, their sons Dimitri and Vasili entertain guests
dancing Zorba and Sirtaki with grilled octopus tasting not to be missed! At
the Cannon Bar you can enjoy a pint of the finest cold Greek Lager, Ouzo,
Metaxa Brandy, or one of the many different drinks and cocktails on offer.
The Cannon is proudly displayed at the entrance, under a
sheltered terrace at the front of Cannon Bar.
You can also try out the MiniGolf, which was designed and
built by George himself.

Quinn Bay and surrounding area.
